The 2021–22 FA Women’s League Cup, also known as the Continental Cup, is the 11th outing of the FA Women’s Super League and FA Women’s Championship’s league cup competition.
The group stages will commence on 13-14 October through to 15-16 December, the quarter-finals are scheduled for 19-20 January, whilst the semi-finals take place 2-3 February, and the Final will be on the weekend of 5-6 March.
Reading have been drawn in Group D alongside Lewes, Crystal Palace and Bristol City, all Championship sides. They will play Bristol City first in October, which will see Gemma Evans and Faye Bryson face their former club, after making the move to the Royals in the summer transfer window having been relegated to the Championship.
