When the 2021/22 FA Cup First Qualifying Round draw will take place

The draw will include three Berkshire sides

Three Berkshire sides are in the draw for the First Qualifying Round of the 2021/22 Emirates FA Cup, but when will the draw take place? Looking for First Round Proper draw details? Those are here.

The Football Association’s media team have confirmed to Football in Berkshire that the draw will be revealed at its now traditional time of 1 pm on the Monday following the previous round’s fixtures, meaning for the First Qualifying Round, 23rd August.

On Saturday, Bracknell Town made it safely through with a 1-0 win at Bashley, earning £1,444 in the process while Ascot United and Reading City were both taken to replays on Tuesday night.

Both Binfield and Thatcham Town went out after suffering defeats on the road.

First Qualifying Round fixtures are due to take place on Saturday 4th September with £2,250 for the winners and £750 to the losing side. Full FA Cup round dates and prize fund details are here.
