Slough Town vs Chippenham Town is off for the second time after the Rebels revealed ‘a potential COVID-19 event affecting someone at our club.’
The fixture was originally scheduled for 10th November but called off after a potential Covid-19 case at Chippenham and the rearranged tie will also now be off on Tuesday 24th November.
A statement on the Slough Town website says: “We can confirm that tomorrow evening’s scheduled National League South fixture at Chippenham Town has been postponed.
“This is due to a potential COVID-19 event affecting someone at our club. We are awaiting test results, but due to the timeframe involved have made the decision in agreement with Chippenham Town and The National League that the match should not go ahead as planned.”
Update: the match with Ebbsfleet United has also been postponed.
Our home match against @EUFCofficial has also been postponed.

The Rebels would have been looking at the fixture as an opportunity to arrest a run of four defeats since beating Bath City at the end of October.
