Slough Town’s trip to Wiltshire on Tuesday night is off after reports of potential Covid-19 cases within the Rebels and hosts Chippenham Town’s squads.

Two other National League South fixtures have been postponed at the time of writing, Billericay Town vs Oxford City and Dorking Wanderers vs Bath City are both off, though the former’s fixture was because of Oxford’s Monday night FA Cup involvement.

Slough had been looking to bounce back from a 3-2 home defeat on Saturday at the hands of Maidstone, but a statement issued on the club’s Twitter account said: “Due to potential COVID-19 cases at both clubs, we have agreed with Chippenham Town and The National League that tonight’s scheduled match be postponed.”

The postponement means there’s only one Tuesday night fixture involving a Berkshire club (if you discount the evenings virtual cup action) as Hungerford Town host Hampton & Richmond Borough at Bulpit Lane – the visitors fresh from an impressive showing in the FA Cup on Sunday live on BBC Sport when they lost 3-2 to Oldham Athletic.

Details of how to watch Hungerford vs Hampton, along with all the forthcoming National League and FA WSL fixtures is here.
