The third Second Qualifying Round representatives, Hungerford Town, suffered a 4-0 defeat in Cornwall at Truro City but Bracknell won through on penalties at home to Marlow while a stoppage-time spot-kick ensured Slough advanced at the expense of Vanarama National League South rivals Dartford.
Bracknell had lead 2-0 but allowed Marlow back in to the game in the second half before winning the shootout 4-3 and it was James McKnight who scored the penalty for the Rebels.
Both sides banked £3,375 for winning while Hungerford pocketed £1,125 from the prize fund.
