Slough Borough Council’s impressive Arbour Park facility will host a third senior men’s side during the 2020/21 season.
Vanarama National League South Slough Town and Uhlsport Hellenic League Division One East Chalvey Sports will be joined by the Stabmonks league rivals Langley at the sports hub on Stoke Road.
The news of the move, largely unprecedented in non league football (we believe) was announced on Monday 22nd June by the club on social media, ending a two year ground share with Holyport.
Considering for years, there were no senior clubs playing in Slough – with the Rebels sharing with neighbours Windsor and Beaconsfield SYCOB, to suddenly have three is quite something!
In a post on Twitter, the club revealed they would be playing weekend home games on Friday night’s to avoid scheduling conflicts with both Slough and Chalvey.

Langley, who sadly lost founder Peter Philips in April, had some further positive news to share with the addition of James Quinn as first team player/coach. Quinn is a former Torquay United, Chesham United and Windsor who had been playing and coaching in the USA.
