Woodley United and Holyport clash at the Rivermoor on Wednesday night in the Uhlsport Hellenic League Division One East with a win crucial for both sides.

For Holyport, it’s all about promotion with Derek Sweetman’s side well placed in the top four to take advantage of the restructure at step five next season.

Meanwhile Woodley are chasing down AFC Aldermaston as they bid to move themselves away from the foot of the division, they’re currently two points clear of a bottom two that contains Langley and Abingdon town.

Team news

Jamie Williams: No Gareth Ainsworth tonight but Max Swift and Toby Briggs return to the squad.

Derek Sweetman: We are hoping to keep our unbeaten run going tonight weather permitting but I expect a tough game as Woodley are a good side and better than their league position suggests. We have a near full squad for the fixture.
