As the season draws to its conclusion with most clubs having just four games left, it remains congested at the top of the Division 3 East of the Thames Valley Counties Women’s Football League.

Just two points separate mid table with third place Harefield United who are on 25 points, albeit with 3 games in hand, closely followed by Slough Town on 24. Penn & Tylers Green in fifth are also on 24 and sixth place Mole Valley Development on 23.

On Sunday, one game stands out as a real corker of a game with Harefield taking on fourth place Slough at Arbour Park, with three points vital for both sides if they are to sustain a promotion push.

The Rebels top joint goalscorers are Shannon Daly and Alice Heady with 10 goals each to their name while Harefield’s Laura Hitchings has an impressive 11 in 11 and Megan Waitman with eight goals in eight.

League form guide:

  • Slough home form – 3 wins, 2 draws, 2 losses
  • Harefield away form – 3 wins, 1 draw, 2 losses

Fixture details: Slough Town FC, Arbour Park, SL2 5AY. KO 2pm. A full list of all the weekends women’s fixtures are here.
