Bracknell Town captain Dave Hancock is back in contention for the squad ahead of the Bostik League South Central Division One play offs says manager Geoff Warner.

Speaking to Football in Bracknell, Warner said that the Robins were at full strength bar midfield dynamo Jamie McClurg who has been out for the last few weeks.

The Bracknell boss said: “Dave’s been out but he is back with us for the two play off games. Chris Grace is also back from Hendon to boost us.”

Warner also allayed fears over Joe Gater’s fitness after the defender was withdrawn at half time during the 6-0 win over Ashford Town (Middlesex).

Warner said: “Joe came off on Saturday but he’s trained and is good.”

Speaking about the challenge ahead, Warner was in a confident but typically pragmatic mood. He said: “I’m feeling good about it. They beat us last week but we didn’t played well and still scored twice.

“We’re on home turf and should have a good crowd behind us. Hopefully we’ll look forward to Saturday but we have a big job to do tonight first.”
