The Berks & Bucks County FA and manager Aaron Steadman have released the under 18 squad for Sunday’s FA County Youth Cup Quarter Final against the Manchester FA at Hyde United.

As previously released, the team will travel up on Saturday for the fixture but will be without England Schoolboys and Ascot United’s James Richardson who is out through injury.

Local clubs represented in the squad include Ascot, Binfield, Wokingham & Emmbrook and Bracknell Town as well as Maidenhead United and Aylesbury.

Richardson tweeted: “Best of luck to the boys and management! Gutted to be missing such a massive game due to injury, already buzzing for the semi final.”

Manager Steadman, who would have missed Ascot’s league fixture had the Hellenic League not blanket cancelled the weekend programme, said: “Been looking forward to this one. Huge opportunity for the players.”
