The draw for the 2018/19 FA Cup early rounds

The local draw for the 2018/19 FA Cup is out

The wait is over and everyone can start getting FA Cup fever as the FA released the early round draws for their competitions on their website today.

As is tradition, the Emirates FA Cup has the Extra Preliminary Round drawn and also the Preliminary round with the Extra Preliminary Round taking place on Saturday 11th August and the Preliminary Round two weeks later on Saturday 25th August.

Please note that Bracknell Town do not appear so we assume they have receieved a BYE through the first two rounds.

We will bring you the full draw later but the early round draws for our local sides is as follows.

Emirates FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round ties:

  • Ascot  United v Camberley Town
  • Crawley Green v Woodley United
  • Farnham Town v Binfield
  • Reading City v Chipping Sodbury Town
  • Sandhurst Town v Lymington Town
  • Windsor v Highworth Town

To be played on Saturday 11th August.

Emirates FA Cup Preliminary Round ties:

  • Ascot United or Camberley Town v Horndean or Godalming Town
  • Cirencester Town v Windsor or Highworth Town
  • Crawley Green or Woodley United v Aylesbury United
  • Farnham Town or Binfield v Brockenhurst or Christchurch
  • Sandhurst Town or Lymington Town v Fareham Town or Frimley Green
  • Thatcham Town v Bemerton Heath Harlequins or Cowes Sports
  • Winslow United or Easington Sports v Reading City or Chipping Sodbury Town

To be played on Saturday 25th August
