Bracknell Town’s twitter account has reported that the long delayed Reading Senior Cup semi final between Wokingham & Emmbrook and the Robins will be played on Monday 15th March in Reading at Scours Lane.

The club had foreshadowed the news with a message on Thursday saying ‘stay tuned for an announcement’ and it looks like the two neighbours will go head to head for a place in the final.

Bracknell Town tweeted: “Next Up for us:- @wokingham_sumas this Mon 15th May in the Reading Senior Cup Semi Final 7.45pm KO at Scours Lane RG30 6AY”

There is as yet no word on the outcome of the abandoned semi-final between Binfield and Woodcote Stoke Row, but the fact the Wokingham & Emmbrook vs Bracknell Town semi final is going ahead suggests that either that game will be replayed or one of the two sides has advanced to the final.
