Finchampstead Athletic Sunday Reserves beat Warfield United in the semi-finals of the Bracknell Town & District Sunday Football League Junior Cup semi finals on Sunday morning to setup a final with WAB.
Division 1 Finch were too strong in the end for Division 2 United who were missing several key players including top scorer Ritchie Cohen and went home with a 5-1 win that see’s them in to the final two.
The Junior Cup Final is between WAB and Finch is on Friday 12th May with kick off at 7.45pm at Bracknell Town’s Larges Lane ground.
In the Senior Cup, we have learned that finalists AFC Crowthorne have been removed from the competition for fielding an ineligible player in the semi final they won against Wokingham & Emmbrook TMW who will now take their place in the final against Morale Madrid.
