Reading Women are deep into pre season training ahead of the FA WSL Spring Series with the camera’s trained on the ladies during a session at the Madejski Stadium dome on Friday.

Unfortunately for Royals captain Kirsty McGee that meant the unfortunate clip below of her tripping and falling at the end of a flawless fitness circuit.

The video is well worth the 22 seconds of your life watching:

McGee recently signed a contract extension with the Royals after joining initially in 2014 from Portsmouth where she spent a decade with the Fratton Park club.

The Royals kick off the spring series with two away ties in April – at Bristol City on Saturday 22nd and Liverpool on Friday 28th before home ties against Chelsea and Manchester City.
