Bracknell Sunday League: Weather causes complete postponement

The Bracknell Sunday League fixture programme was completely wiped out at the weekend with the freezing temperatures meaning no games kicked off across the borough.

It was the first time in the 2016/17 season that a complete wipe out has occurred – two games survived the weather last weekend in similar conditions.

It will be a case of fingers crossed for the weekend ahead with the Berks & Bucks Intermediate Cup Quarter Finals scheduled for Finchampstead Athletic Sunday and FC Fernhill as well as a full league programme.

There are also County Junior Cup fourth round ties for Winkfield and Whitegrove and a Junior Trophy fourth round tie for Crowthorne Inn.

If you have any pictures or video from the weekend, or would like to send us a report from your game please visit our contribute page or ‘@’ us on twitter @fibracknell. You can also have your say on the action in our comments section below.
