The date for the Newport Pagnell Town and Binfield’s Berks & Bucks Senior Trophy semi-final has been confirmed by the County FA with the winning side vying for a place in the final against Hellenic Premier League side Bracknell Town.
The semi-final will take place on Saturday 11th February 2017 at the Pavilion Ground just outside Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire – the Berks & Bucks Football Association have confirmed.
Roger Herridge’s side still have opportunities for silverware aside from the County Cup in the Bluefin Sports Hellenic League Challenge Cup where they face Sandhurst Town in the third round on 28th January while they also have a Reading Senior Cup second round tie against either Holyport or Berks County to contend with.
On Tuesday night, Bracknell defeated defending champions Flackwell Heath 2-1 in a bad-tempered semi-final that saw Ben Sturgess (Flackwell), Carl Withers and both sides assistant managers sent off.
