Maidenhead United have some catching up to do after FA Youth Cup heroics

The last week of Allied Counties Youth Football League fixtures of 2018 have already been robbed of a top of the table clash in the Central Division with Ascot United vs Hanworth Villa postponed.

The Yellamen had been celebrating in the last week with youngster James Richardson in the last 20 for England Schoolboys but will now start 2019 with a derby at Bracknell Town on the 7th January.

Staying in the Central Division, on Tuesday Maidenhead United have some catching up to do after their brilliant FA Youth Cup run finally came to an end.

The young Magpies were beaten in the Third Round 5-1 by Nottingham Forest having started out in the Second Qualifying Round and winning through five matches.

Elsewhere Windsor are due to round off the year with a visit to Abbey Rangers on Thursday.
