The 138th edition of the FA Cup gets underway at the weekend with Ascot United kicking things off on Friday night at the Racecourse Ground.

The Yellamen will play Camberley Town on Friday due to the Shergar Cup and Concert race day being hosted at Ascot Racecourse on Saturday.

New look Ascot have had a decent start to the season with a draw and a victory in their opening Hellenic League Premier Division fixtures and striker Nathan Minhas looking in particularly good form with five goals in two games.

On Saturday Binfield will look to bounce back quickly from a heavy defeat at Wantage Town on Tuesday when they visit ex-Sandhurst manager Luke Turkington’s Farnham Town.

The Moles have been advised that there is limited parking for supporters on site, the best place to park is The Millenium Centre car park (GU9 7XX) for the fixture.

It’s a big day for Bracknell Town as well in the Bostik League as they play their first step 4 fixture since 2010.

The Robins ended their step 4 association back then with back to back defeats against Bishop’s Cleeve (4-0) – a side they effectively swapped division’s with in the summer and Windsor & Eton (5-1).

Bracknell have though been upwardly mobile the last two seasons but can expect a tough afternoon at Larges Lane against Abbey who, according to the Isthmian League predictions are expected to challenge for the play offs along with the Robins.

All Saturday matches kick-off at 3pm, all Sunday matches kick-off at 2pm and all midweek matches kick-off at 7.45pm unless detailed next to the above fixtures. Please always check with the host club before you travel if you are in any doubt.
