We could build this up but you already know how important the final four games of Bracknell Town’s 2016/17 Uhlsport Hellenic Premier Division campaign.

On Tuesday night both title chasing sides Bracknell and Thame United are on the road with the Robins at Ardley United and Thame facing arguably the toughest of their final three fixtures in Gloucestershire at Tuffley Rovers.

Bracknell were in imperious form at home to Royal Wootton Bassett Town on Saturday thumping their visitors 6-0 while United had an almighty scare when they went down 2-0 at bottom side Burnham before coming back to win 3-2 and keep themselves top of the table by a point – albeit having played a game more.

Goal difference

If having a game in hand is making anyone nervous (points on the board and all!), in Bracknell’s favour is now a positive seven goal difference over their rivals thanks in no small part to the free scoring exploits of TJ Bohane, Adam Cornell and Seb Bowerman as well as a miserly defence that has conceded just 29 goals in the league this season.

Traffic note: If you are headed to matches tonight, please be aware of travel disruption on the M4

Stay tuned to @fibracknell for the latest score updates this evening from both Ardley and Tuffley as the title race goes down to the wire.
