Reading City to produce one-off fanzine for FA Vase Fourth Round tie

Dave Wright and Neil Maskell will be among the contributors to the special one-off programme

Reading City host Lymore Gardens in the 2025/26 FA Vase Fourth Round on Saturday 17th January, and we’re teaming up with the Cityzens to produce something special.

As a New Year special, we’re co-producing a physical fanzine programme for the match which will include all the usual pen pics and club information plus longer features from respected local writers and photographers.

The fanzine will be A5 in size with page count to be confirmed. It will be available to buy in advance via the Reading City online club only – with collection on the day of the match at The Rivermoor.

As the club says: “This season has seen us embark on a historic FA Vase journey, reaching the Fourth Round Proper for the very first time in our history! To mark this incredible achievement, we’ve teamed up with Football in Berkshire to produce a bumper commemorative programme, featuring exclusive content from legendary local sports reporter Dave Wright, plus much more. Order your copy today for just £5 and £1 from every sale will be donated to Reading’s homelessness charity Launchpad.

“Only available in advance, pre-orders for the special programme will close on Wednesday 14th January. Don’t miss your chance to own a piece of club history. Purchase your Match Ticket and Programme via our ticketing platform here.”

The programme is available as an ‘add on’ once you’ve made your ticket purchase choice.
