Maidenhead United Women are looking to add to their trophy cabinet for a second successive season – and they could well make it a double.
The Magpies have had a solid campaign in FA Women’s National League Division One South West but are currently eighth – the same position they saw out the 2023/24 season. The league campaign maybe all but over – with four games left, but the clubs ambitions to nab a trophy don’t end there. The Berks & Bucks County FA Senior Women’s Cup Final is looming large and there is a real opportunity for them to add to the club cabinet.
Holloways Park, the home of Beaconsfield Town, will play host to the Magpies as they battle against East Midlands Women’s Regional Football League Division One South Newport Pagnell Town on Sunday 16th of March.

Maidenhead saw off holders Reading FC in the semi-final at Arbour Park (live streamed by Football in Berkshire), while Newport beat Chesham United 2-0 to setup the finale.
And if one final isn’t enough to whet the appetite, the Magpies Development squad will also be in action in the County Cup Trophy final the following weekend when they face Burghfield, also at Beaconsfield. The Devs beat Milton Keynes City 4-0 while Burghfield triumphed on penalties at Taplow United after drawing 2-2 in normal time.
