Combined Counties League Premier Division South Sandhurst Town are searching for a new manager.
The Fizzers revealed on social media that Simon Bloch – appointed on 21st June – had informed the club he would be unable to commit to the new season.
A statement said: “Unfortunately, Simon Bloch has recently informed us that he is unable to commit to the new season for personal reasons. We will make further updates in the next 24 hours.”
German born Bloch (31) spent his early career in Denmark, most prominently with BK Frem (as well as a youth spell with FC Copenhagen) before briefly moving to England with non league Waltham Forest.
The goalkeeper made one appearance for Accrington Stanley in the EFL Cup before embarking on an English non league journey that took in Whitehawk, Dulwich Hamlet and most recently Waltham Abbey.
On Saturday, the Fizzers travel to Wokingham Town for a pre season friendly at Emmbrook School.
