Combined Counties League Division One Langley have launched a fundraiser to help develop youth community facilities in their area.

The club are aiming to raise £20,000 which will help the club develop two areas they believe are crucial for youth development in the community.

Community Park: Our community is in dire need of a well-maintained park that offers various amenities for people of all ages. With your contributions, we can create a welcoming environment that features well-kept green spaces, walking paths, playgrounds, and recreational facilities. This park will be a place where families can bond, neighbours can connect, and individuals can unwind.

Youth Team Football Program: By establishing a youth team football program, we seek to provide a platform for aspiring young athletes to hone their skills and pursue their passion for the beautiful game. Your donations will help us cover equipment costs, coaching fees, and tournament participation expenses, ensuring that financial limitations do not hinder talented individuals from reaching their full potential.

The fundraiser has been launched by the club’s chairman and owner Darryl Saunders who said: “Support Langley FC GoFundMe! Help build a youth community centre, fund youth teams, and empower our future leaders. Invest in our community’s youth.”
