SB Phoenix on the look out for new boss

The South Bucks side compete in the Thames Valley Premier League

Thames Valley Premier League club SB Phoenix have begun a search for a new manager for the 2023/24 season.

The club based in Farnham Park, Beaconsfield finished in a creditable 7th position in the 2022/23 season.

Phoenix were founded as Phoenix Old Boys for ex-pupils of Herchell High School in Slough, and after many years in the Amateur Football Combination joined the East Berks League. After a few years there they finally joined the Thames Valley Premier League and changed their name to reflect their home in Beaconsfield to “South Bucks Phoenix”.

They were promoted as champions of the Thames Valley League Division One in 2022/23 and are one of eleven clubs who completed the season.

The club have also stated they are looking for new players to supplement their firsts, development and youth sides all of which play in the Thames Valley League system.
