Bracknell Town chairman Kayne Steinborn-Busse has confirmed the Robins FA Cup First Round Proper tie will be at the clubs Bottom Meadow home.
In a tweet on Tuesday morning, Mr Steinborn-Busse wrote: “It won’t be switched or moved to any other ground it will be held at The SB Stadium Bottom Meadow! Capacity TBC!”
The message allays any fears the game with EFL League One Ipswich Town might have been moved to accommodate a larger crowd following the FA Cup draw that pitched the Berkshire side at home to the 1981 UEFA Cup Winners.
On Saturday, Bracknell reached the FA Cup First Round Proper for the second time in the club’s history after beating Banbury United 2-1 at home.
Where is Bracknell Town’s home ground?
Bracknell Town play at Bottom Meadow in Sandhurst – known as the SB Stadium – having moved out of their historic Larges Lane ground in central Bracknell in 2021.
Bottom Meadow is part of a group of pitches enclosed within Sandhurst Memorial Park off Yorktown Road.
