Thames Valley Premier League side Cookham Dean are looking to appoint a new first team manager and have called for applications for the role on their social media pages.
The club play in Cookham at the Alfred Major Recreation Ground in the shadow (okay, so a few miles away) from Cliveden House. The club also hope to move into a new bespoke facility in the near future.
In a season that’s been heavily disrupted Dean haven’t won a league fixture since their 2-0 victory over Reading City U23. Player availability since the restart has meant that many games have had to be canceled and awarded to opposition sides.
Dean won three of their games in the 2020/21 season and will finish 13th out of 14th, one place ahead of Woodley United Royals. They will hope that a new manager will be able to spur a revival for the club in the 2021/2022 Thames Valley Premier League season.
