Bracknell Town coach Geoff Warner has reportedly departed the club according to centre back Carl Davies.

A post on twitter by Davies said Warner had departed, calling him a genuine bloke and fantastic coach.

Davies said: “Unfortunately Geoff Warner left his role as first team coach today, never have I met a more genuine bloke and a fantastic coach. He leaves on good terms wishing us all the best. Class act he’ll be missed by us all.

“Looking to the future I’m excited about what’s to come.”

Warner, previously first team manager at Bracknell, returned to the club two weeks ago from Burnham to rejoin manager Mark Tallentire.

On Tuesday, Bracknell appointed former Hungerford Town and Wealdstone boss Bobby Wilkinson to the Larges Lane hot seat with Tallentire returning to his role on the board.
