In memory of Len Clark – FC Bracknell

Len was the clubs longest serving officer over 30 years

It is with profound sadness to report that one of FC Bracknell’s founder members, Len Clark has passed away. Len was the longest serving officer with the club in many different roles spanning 30 years plus.

His main contribution to the club was as President overseeing many of the club developments over the years making FC Bracknell the success it is today.

As current chairman, on behalf of FC Bracknell, may I offer our sincere condolences to Len’s wife Jill and the family.

The funeral is to take place at the Easthampstead crematorium at 11.00am on Wednesday, November 6th and after at the Downshire Room at Easthampstead Park, (RG40 3DF). Jill has said that old friends are welcome.

The family have also asked that should you wish to make a donation in Len’s memory please send it to the Phyllis Tuckwell hospice care as they were such a support in his last few weeks. It was their help that enabled Len’s wish to remain at home.

There is a Just Giving page set up and the link is www.justgiving.com/fundraising/lenclark.
