It’s been a long summer of redevelopment at Ascot United’s Racecourse Ground but the wait for the first game back at home is almost over.

The Yellamen have played all their Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League Premier Division fixtures away so far this season and reversed several FA Cup and FA Vase fixtures.

The club have had an artificial surface laid, replacing the grass pitch at the club and had significant work including new standing areas for spectators around the pitch.

The Premier Division leaders – who drew 1-1 at Hanworth Villa on Saturday – will play Guildford City on Tuesday 8th October.
