Bracknell Town travel to Highworth Town this evening knowing a victory could secure their Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division survival writes Darrell Freeland.

If the Robins can overcome the Worthians then it would move Mark Tallentire’s (pictured above) side onto 41 points.

Seventeenth placed Tuffley Rovers face a tough match away at Thatcham Town tonight. If Rovers lose they will remain on 28 points and with four matches left to play, they will be unable to catch Bracknell.

Getting over the line

The Robins impressive recent unbeaten ten game run has all but assured Tallentire’s side beat the drop but they will be keen to get over the line so to speak.

Victory tonight would see the Robins jump above Royal Wootton Bassett Town – who they still have to play before the season is out – and into thirteenth place which would be the highest position they have achieved all season.

Last night, Binfield’s new signing Jean-Claude Etienne was one of four scorers as the Moles beat Highmoor-IBIS 4-1 at Palmer Park Stadium.
