Caversham United launch seventh edition of fan-designed kit competition

Caversham United have launched their seventh kit competition as the club are set to celebrate ten years in existence.

As such, they’ve introduced two concepts to get their applicants creative juices flowing.

THEME 1: CenTENARYary

“This summer we approach our  10 YEAR anniversary as a club, which is no mean feat for a grassroots club, and one that started with nothing. Let’s celebrate the [ten]”

THEME 2: FUTURE

“The future is always present in our mind, the future is NOW. The world around us is changing rapidly. We are adopting Ai, we need to future proof the club. And that means a futuristic kit might well be needed, for the robots to play in next season.”

Shirt design enthusiasts have until Monday 31st of November to get their entries in before a specially selected panel will whittle them down to a final 32 with a “World Cup” style voting competition, decided by X polls ensuing.
