It’s not often we are able to get involved in national campaigns but this one for Cancer Research UK that involves wearing your football shirt to work on Friday sounds right up our street.
You’ve probably seen the ads on social media for Football Shirt Friday on 27th April, Ledley King grappling with Robbie Savage and David Seaman wearing that brilliant Euro 96 goalkeeper shirt.
We want to see Bracknell Town, Binfield and Ascot United shirts across twitter and lets see if those amazing Windsor shirts don’t break social media.
The Bobby Moore Fund is behind the day and we reckon it’s a great opportunity to get out and in to work in your non league shirt – especially after such a successful season for most our clubs.
If you are taking part, please use the hashtag #FootballShirtFriday to post a selfie on social media and be sure to tag in @fibracknell on twitter and @footballinbracknell on instagram.
