Sunday League football is a British institution and the Bracknell Town & District Sunday League is, for most of us anyway the pinnacle of our football career.
There are plenty for whom Sunday League is the most important part of the week, others who turn up as and when they fancy. In the end though there’s nothing like the build up to a game, the team talks and all the preparation.. only to go a goal down inside 30 seconds.
Being a former Sunday League player and manager myself (still waiting on that call to don the boots one more time) I have some questions about the beloved Sunday morning staple that I’d like answered.
