Head Coach, Phil Cousins, at Reading FC Women confirmed on his Instagram that he would be leaving the club after 15 years of coaching.
‘Been at Reading for a total of 15 years working in community, boys academy and most recently women’s first team and girl’s academy.
The time has come for me to move on from the club. Firstly, I want to thank all the players that I have worked with over the years. Secondly, I want to thank the club for the opportunities up to this point. Lastly, I want to thank all the staff I have worked with along the way. Some for many years, some for less, but I appreciate everyone that I have worked with.
