England international Jade Moore will leave Reading Women FC this summer to sign up with NWSL club Orlando Pride in Florida.
Moore will join up with some of the biggest names in women’s football with Brazilian Marta and United States international Alex Morgan already on the Orlando Pride roster.
In a statement posted on the Pride website, Head Coach Marc Skinner said: “She possesses a great skill to travel quickly in small spaces, control the pace of the game and her ability to, not only read the game well, but destroy attacks before they start will bring a much needed dynamic to our midfield. We’re very excited to bring her into the Club and look forward to seeing her in purple when we get back to play.”

Moore, who has played fifty times for the Lionesses, has been a mainstay in the Reading midfield and will be sorely missed by the club.
The twenty-nine year old midfielder scored four times in nineteen games for Reading during the 2019/2020 season. Moore originaly joined Reading in 2017 along with Jo Potter and Kirsty Linnett after their club, Notts County folded due to financial difficulties.
