We enter the third week of Berks & Bucks FA County Cup action, this weekend it’s the turn of the Bracknell Town & District Sunday League’s division three and four teams as they open up their account in the Sunday Junior Trophy, that sees five all-Bracknell ties, the most intriguing of which pitches Bracknell Royals of Division 4 against an in-form Winnersh Town of Division 3.
Bracknell Royals will be looking to match the exploits of Ashridge Park Royals, Newbold and William Twigg last week in beating higher division opposition, as will Bracknell Titans (Div 4) who take on Hope & Anchor (Div 3). Football in Berkshire wishes all our teams every success this weekend.
Premier Division
A full programme of fixtures in the Premier Division sees current leaders Crowthorne Inn visit Morale Madrid whilst in joint second FC Fernhill and Bracknell Rangers both face tough games away from home against Raglan and Berks County who will look to open-up their account for the season. The other fixture is between Panthers and Loveman United.
Division One
The top game in Division 1 pits current leaders Woodley Saints against Finchampstead Athletic. Elsewhere Athletico Ascot and Sandhurst both look to pick up their 3rd win from their opening 3 games against Bracknell Athletic and Athletico Forest respectively.
Division Two
Division 2 leaders Bearwood Wanderers host Bracknell Cavaliers, both promoted last season. Unbeaten Winnersh Rangers, in 2nd, visit Newbold. Elsewhere, two teams looking to open-up their own accounts for the season sees Braybrooke Athletic host William Twigg whilst Panthers Reserves travel to play Golden Farmer Rangers.
There are no fixtures scheduled this weekend in Divisions 3 and 4 due to County Cup ties.
