Slough Town and Hungerford Town lead the way for Berkshire in the 2017/18 FA Cup as it heads toward the draw for the Third Qualifying Round at 1pm on Monday 18th September.

The Rebels managed by former Bracknell Town defenders Neil Baker and Jon Underwood twice had to come from behind against Dulwich Hamlet at Arbour Park before an 84th minute Manny Williams goal gave the home side a 3-2 lead and a place in the next round.

Elsewhere Hungerford advanced thanks to a 3-0 win at Gloucester City with ex-Reading striker Nicholas Bignall scoring on 18 minutes and Stefan Brown grabbing a brace either side of half time.

Looking slightly further afield, Hartley Wintney’s great run from the Preliminary Round ended with a 1-0 defeat at Cinderford Town while Hellenic Premier Division side Thatcham Town were beaten 2-0 at Banbury United and Combined Counties Premier Division side Knaphill lost 6-0 at Conference South side Bath City.
