Fleet Spurs make Dan Sleet their latest signing from Bracknell Town

Ex-Bracknell boss Ed Carpenter is the assistant manager at Spurs

Hampshire based Combined Counties League Division 1 side Fleet Spurs have continued their raid on Bracknell Town Development side with the addition of central defender Dan Sleet.

Sleet had been a big part of Bracknell Town’s on and off field staff since 2011 and was most recently manager of the Robins Allied Counties Youth League side.

Making his first team debut in the 2011/12 season, Sleet went on to make over 50 appearances for the Larges Lane side, but now after a period out managing looks set to resume his playing career under player manager Sam Knowles and former Bracknell boss Ed Carpenter at Kennels Lane.

Bracknell Town have confirmed that Sleet and EPC are still firmly involved with youth coaching at Larges Lane and will be coaching under 7s all the way upto our under 16 squads.

Spurs announced the Robins left back Jake Keohane was headed to North Hampshire on Tuesday and would be joined by former Binfield forward Andy Vaughan.
