Monday Night Football for Binfield FC in County Cup quarter finals

Binfield welcome Windsor to Hill Farm Lane on Monday night in the quarter finals of the Berks & Bucks Senior Trophy.

The Moles were given a bye in the first round – as were the Royalists – and the winners will face Newport Pagnell Town in the semi-finals after they beat Burnham 4-1 10 days ago.

Hellenic League regulars will be aware Roger Herridge’s side have been on a bit of a barren run in recent weeks but turned things around in their last match – a League Cup tie against Division 2 West Oxford City Development – winning 7-3.

Herridge had a strong side out that day with Liam Vaughan deputising for Garry Aulsberry and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see the youngster given another first team start.

For football kit fans, the Windsor clash is a great opportunity to see ‘that Windsor kit‘. Kick-off is 7.45pm.
