Experienced central defender Alex Rodrigues has swapped Thatcham Town for Bracknell Town.
The Sunbury based former Ascot United player was courted by both clubs in the summer but chose to join the Kingfishers.
However, he has featured for Danny Robinson’s side only once – incidentally in the Emirates FA Cup defeat to the Robins – and has twice been an unused substitute including last Tuesday’s match away at Gloucestershire side Tuffley Rovers.
He now becomes the sixth Ascot United from last season to join the Larges Lane side with Lee Boon, Joe Grant, Chris Grace, Dave Hancock and Joe Yeates already at Bracknell.
Thatcham have moved quickly to fill the void announced the signing of former Binfield defender Lewis Leonetti from Windsor this morning while Binfield and Henley have been involved in a player swap.
