Reading FC Women to announce deadline day signing at midday

Reading FC Women – embarking on their debut FA WSL 1 campaign will announce a deadline day signing ahead of Saturday’s fixture with Arsenal Ladies.

The Royals are yet to win a game this season but have four draws and two defeats from their campaign so far and speculation is mounting around the new arrival ahead of the midday announcement.

Kelly Chambers side haven’t played a game since the end of March when they beat Millwall Lionesses in the FA Women’s Cup and they return to league action with a home tie against Arsenal at Barnet’s The Hive ground.

Earlier in the week, the Royals allowed midfielder Charlie Estcourt and goalkeeper Grace Moloney to make loan moves to Bristol City Women and Aston Villa Ladies.

The clubs official site reported that Estcourt was moving to Bristol to gain experience, while Moloney’s move to Villa was to ensure she was playing week in week out.
