Pitching In Isthmian League South Central Division One side Marlow have signed brothers Alfie and Harry Grant.
Alfie had been captain at Combined Counties League Premier Division North Reading City where he made four appearances this season while Harry had made eight appearances for Thatcham Town.
Midfielder Harry, 28, began his career with Swindon Town before moving on to Sheffield Wednesday and Gillingham and has played for a number of non-league clubs including Farnborough, Maidenhead United and North Leigh.
Meanwhile Alfie has, as reported by the Maidenhead Advertiser, signed on dual-registration from Reading with Marlow manager Mark Bartley saying: “He has widely been regarded as the best young defender in the Reading area for a while now and therefore has clearly been on the radar.”
Marlow, who recently lost defender Baboucarr Jarra to Isthmian League rivals Uxbridge, are third in the South Central Division and well placed for a play-off place this season.
