Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League Premier Division North side Wokingham & Emmbrook have bolstered their ranks with the signing of Allen Bossman.

The winger joins new boss Eliot Whitehouse at Lowther Road along with another winger, Harry Pearson, hot on the heels of the departure of long-serving Elliott Rushforth.

Bossman played 167 times for Marlow between 2015 and 2021, scoring 22 times for the Buckinghamshire side and has already played twice for the Sumas, making his debut in the 3-1 defeat to early CCL leaders St Panteleimon.

A statement released on both players to Football in Berkshire said: “Allen Bossman was a free agent and has been with Marlow for a few seasons. He’s also someone Eliot knows very well. He’s a wide midfield player and Eliot thinks he is going to make a massive difference.

“We’ve also signed Harry Pearson from Cove. He’s another wide player. Eliot has been wanting to sign him for a while but he’s been recovering from an ACL injury. Both have been training with the club and are expected to make their debuts at St Panteleimon on Saturday.”
