It took five games for Callum Bunting to notch his first competitive goal for Binfield in the Isthmian League but the former Basingstoke Town striker has hit a rich vein of form since his goal in the 2-2 draw with Chipstead in September.
On Saturday, Bunting struck twice for the Moles in their 3-0 win at home to Westfield having scored in the previous two games against North Leigh and South Park.
The striker’s goals came either side of half-time, the first giving the Moles a boost in the 45th minute and he struck again on the 51st minute.
While Bunting is certainly on the goal trail, net-busters have been a little harder to come by for captain Sean Moore who prior to his 75th-minute strike had only scored once this season. The relief was clear.

In West London, Bracknell Town had to work hard for the three points at Imperial Fields, Jack Dean scoring after 30 minutes with what turned out to be the only goal of the game against Tooting & Mitcham United.
The Robins were without influential captain Max Herbert but were made to work for the three points by a Tooting side who were coming off the back of a 7-3 win over Northwood in the league and 4-1 defeat to Whitehawk in the FA Trophy.
Ceesay on target for Thatcham Town in defeat
Thatcham Town fell to a 3-1 defeat at home to Hanwell Town and manager Jamie Leacock had revealed to Football in Berkshire before the game that striker Shane Cooper-Clark would miss six weeks with a fractured rib.
Lamin Ceesay got on the scoresheet again for the Kingfishers and gave Leacock’s side the lead in the first half but two goals from Ogo Obi and one from Tomasz Siemienczuk – all in the second half – gave the West London side the points.
