Kai Parton-Edey secures AFC Aldermaston win, Chalvey Sports pay tribute

AFC Aldermaston’s recovery continued on Saturday with a Kai Parton-Edey double helping the Atom Men to a 3-2 win at Cove in the Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League Division One.

Aldermaston led 1-0 through Brad Quattromini only for the home side to level before the break. Parton-Edey then struck twice in the second half but a late Cove goal ensured a tense finish for Dave Tuttle’s side who’ve now won two in a row.

Chalvey Sports paid tribute to club secretary Carl Feasey ahead of their fixture with AFC Hayes.

The Stabmonks were beaten 4-1 at The Gore and had Nicholas Baker sent off for a second bookable offence while Michael Croker was on hand with the goal.

14 goals in the two drawn games between Hillingdon Borough and Berks County, and Langley and Bedfont & Feltham.

County saw doubles for Leslie Sackey and William Kennedy in the 4-4 draw in West London while Langley and Bedfont & Feltham finished 3-3.

Ben Anderson and Ayo Roberts both scored for Woodley United in their 4-2 defeat at Enfield Borough while Eversley & California were held to a 0-0 draw at British Airways and Sandhurst Town were beaten 2-1 at home by Hilltop, Alex Penny with the Fizzers goal.
