Binfield’s Eddie Lee scored twice for the second time in two matches as the Moles won 4-1 at Allied Counties Youth League South Division neighbours Bracknell Town.

Lee and Bracknell’s Ollie Chell got the early goals in the Tuesday night fixture at Larges Lane while Toby Leigh, Ollie Pearce and Lee again applied the finishing touches for John Polston’s promotion chasing Binfield.

The result closes the gap at the top for Binfield as they chase down leaders Camberley Town – six points separates the two sides and the Moles have three games in hand while Bracknell remain well clear of the bottom two despite the defeat.

Lee’s double double after scoring twice in the defeat to Camberley five days ago lifts him to the top of the young Moles goalscoring charts with 15 in 11 games – overtaking Luke Hayden.
