The Thames Valley Premier League have announced their division allocations for the 2024/25 season. With Windsor & Eton promoted to the Combined Counties League the Thames Valley Premier Division has not relegated any clubs. This means Reading City U23 maintain their Premier Division status in a fourteen-team top division.

New clubs in the Premier division include the promoted Tadley Calleva Reserves and Newbury, while Woodcote have transferred from the North Berks League.

The Thames Valley Premier League has also accepted a few new entrants in their other divisions this summer with Fleet Spurs (Hampshire League), Camberley United (Aldershot & District), Bracknell Athletic (new club), Bracknell Panthers (new club), Marlow FC (new club) and Rotherfield United (new club) joining the league.
