FA Vase winning defender Cameron Gray has won international recognition following his performances for the Cayman Islands in the CONCACAF Nation’s League.

Gray – formerly with Ascot United – represented his side in the CONCACAF Nation’s League C fixture against US Virgin Islands (2-2) where he scored his sides equaliser. He was an unused substitute in the 2-1 home defeat to Aruba.

The full back was announced in the Best XI for League C of the Nation’s League by the official CONCACAF social media account for the competition.

Gray will likely face two more international fixtures before the end of 2023 with the reverse fixtures on 17th October and 20th November. Caymen Islands are bottom of their League C Group B but are level on one point with US Virgin Islands who are due to play Aruba on the 14th October and 16th November.
