When the 2022/23 FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round draw will take place

Five games into the 2022/23 FA Cup and we’re at the point where non-league clubs can start to dream of historic First Round fixtures.

Before that though, 90 minutes of FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round action awaits before anyone can start planning trips to (or visits from) Portsmouth, Derby County and Bristol Rovers.

In Berkshire, there will be two sides in the Fourth Qualifying Round draw after Bracknell Town won 3-0 at Yate Town while Maidenhead United are in the hat for the first time having been exempt until the final qualifying round.

Teams maybe licking there lips at the prospect of a First Round Proper tie, but there’s plenty of scope for history, scalps and dare we say ‘giant killings’ in the Fourth Qualifying Round (albeing regionalised North and South) with plenty of ex Football League clubs coming in to play for the first time.

So when is the 2022/23 FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round draw?

We’re at the point of the 2022/23 FA Cup competition where radio station TalkSport takes an interest so we can throw everything we know about Monday, 1pm out the window.

The draw you’ll be listening out for will be made live according to the BBC’s non-league reporter Ollie Bayliss on TalkSport 2 around 3:15pm – pro tip, it never is exactly on time, TS certainly know how to string these things out.

All the remaining Vanarama National League sides will be in the draw including Wrexham, Notts County and Southend United.
