The Uhlsport Hellenic League looks set to return to action on the 12th December, 10 days after the end of the second English lockdown, but Binfield and title rivals Westfields will return seven days earlier.

The two sides along with Brimscombe & Thrupp, Royal Wootton Bassett Town, Bishop’s Cleeve and Longlevens will all be in FA Vase action a mere three days after the shutdown ends – subject of course to tier allocations set to be confirmed this week.

Binfield will travel to the south coast to face East Sussex side Newhaven in the Second Round of a competition they reached the Fourth Round of in 2019/20.

A list of revised round dates for the Vase are as follows:

First Round Proper:  Saturday 5th OR Sunday 6th December for the 12 outstanding matches

Second Round Proper: Saturday 5th December

Second Round Proper: Results from outstanding matches in First Round Proper – Saturday 12th December

Third Round Proper: – Saturday 19th December

Currently, the Combined Counties League also looks set to resume on the 5th with fixtures setup, and the East Berks Football League has a confirmed set of weekend fixtures.
